Mums, Bubs & Bumps – Reformer Pilates

This is our Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates class, specially designed for pregnant women and postpartum mums. Using the Reformer machine, we focus on gentle, supportive movements to help improve strength, core stability, posture, and overall wellbeing during and after pregnancy.
Bubs are welcome to accompany their mums! We recommend this class for mums with babies under 12 months old, but you're more than welcome to attend without your bub too.
Prams, capsules, and toys are welcome in the studio. If your child is mobile, please ensure they are safely seated during the class for everyone's safety.
