Reformer Pilates 

Upper Body Focused Reformer Pilates 

Duration:  40 minutes

Our Upper Body Focused Reformer Pilates class is designed to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your arms, shoulders, chest, and back using controlled, resistance-based movements on the Reformer machine. This session targets posture, improves upper body endurance, and builds lean muscle while engaging your core for added stability.  Perfect for all fitness levels, this low-impact class is ideal for anyone looking to improve upper body strength, reduce tension, and enhance functional movement in a supportive and energizing group environment.

Mums, Bubs & Bumps – Reformer Pilates  

Duration: 40 minutes   

Level: All Levels

This is our Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates class, specially designed for pregnant women and postpartum mums. Using the Reformer machine, we focus on gentle, supportive movements to help improve strength, core stability, posture, and overall wellbeing during and after pregnancy.  Bubs are welcome to accompany their mums! We recommend this class for mums with babies under 12 months old, but you're more than welcome to attend without your bub too.  Prams, capsules, and toys are welcome in the studio. If your child is mobile, please ensure they are safely seated during the class for everyone's safety.

Power Core – Reformer Pilates

Get ready to fire up your abs with our Power Core Reformer Pilates class! 🔥 This session is all about deep core engagement, using the Reformer machine to challenge your stability, control, and endurance. With a focus on precision and breath, you’ll work every layer of your core—from your deep stabilizers to your obliques and lower abdominals.  Whether you’re looking to sculpt your abs, improve functional strength, or enhance overall performance, this class delivers a serious burn in the best way. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided.

Power Leg – Reformer Pilates 

Duration: 40 minutes

Our Power Leg Reformer Pilates class is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves through controlled, resistance-based movements on the Reformer machine. This low-impact session focuses on alignment, stability, and muscle activation, helping improve posture, balance, and lower body endurance.  Ideal for all fitness levels, this class delivers a strong burn with gentle impact, making it perfect for building lower body strength and enhancing overall mobility.

Mobility and low-intensity exercise classes for seniors are thoughtfully designed to support joint health, balance, flexibility, and functional strength in a safe and welcoming environment. These sessions focus on gentle, controlled movements that help improve range of motion, posture, and coordination—essential for maintaining independence and reducing the risk of falls.  Ideal for beginners and those managing arthritis, limited mobility, or recovering from injury, these classes are about moving with ease, feeling good, and staying active at every age.

Lower Body Strength (Barbell & Kettlebell)

Our Lower Body Strength class is designed to build power, stability, and endurance in the legs and glutes using a combination of barbell and kettlebell training. This high-impact strength session targets major lower-body muscle groups including the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves to improve functional movement and athletic performance.  This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve lower body definition, increase strength, and gain confidence with weight training in a motivating group environment. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter, you’ll leave feeling stronger every time.

Power of upper body (Dumbbell & Kettlebell)

This dynamic group class targets all major muscle groups—upper body, lower body, and core—using a mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine ball exercises.  Perfect for all fitness levels, this session helps you move with more power and confidence, whether you're new to strength training or looking to level up your performance. Get ready to sweat, lift, and feel strong from head to toe!

Before You Come to Reformer Pilates – Quick Guide 

Must Bring- Grip Socks, Water Bottle & Gym Towel 

 

Arrive 5 mins early to settle in. 
Wear fitted activewear for comfort and to help monitor form. 
Grip socks are required – bring your own or buy at the studio. 
Bring water to stay hydrated. 

Bring a towel for your comfort and hygiene. 
Inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or limitations. 
Silence your phone for a focused environment. 
Come with an open mind – progress over perfection!
